Recruiter PositionInsight Global is seeking a Recruiter for a rapidly growing financial technology client. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts focused primarily on sales and go-to-market talent. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. This role will partner closely with business leaders, manage multiple active searches, and play a critical role in helping the organization scale its revenue-generating teams. The position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while supporting a dynamic, growth-focused company. Pay for this role is between $35-$42 hourly.Day-to-Day: Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and go-to-market positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Source and engage passive candidates through various platforms Screen and evaluate candidates for experience and culture fit Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Drive candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment metrics Negotiate offers and support hiring decisions Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
