What You Can Expect A diverse mix of general orthopedic patients in clinic Quick ramp up in surgical volume with approximately 60% shoulder cases including shoulder arthroplasty Minimum Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Fellowship trained in Shoulder Reconstruction and/or General Sports Medicine Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia We Provide You Competitive compensation Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost A concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses Effective July 1, 2026, the starting hourly rate for this position will be $276, which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
