Responsibilities Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Increase student count, ensuring each student grows and enjoys playing music while nurturing culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect. Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs. Assist with customer service as needed, building long‑term relationships. Additional duties as assigned. Student & Parent Partnership Communicate frequently with students and families, building trust and acknowledging parents' knowledge. Report student progress and share goals with parents. Requirements Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field. Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.). Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
