Location: Maitland, FL (Onsite during training with hybrid/remote flexibility based on performance. Must reside within commuting distance to office.)

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its high-performing team. What You'll Do
• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for direct-hire positions across multiple industries.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple searches while prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Consistently achieve recruiting, placement, and revenue goals.

What You Bring
• At least one year of recruiting experience within a staffing agency or executive search firm.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn performance-based compensation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and the ability to overcome rejection and setbacks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Indeed, or similar recruiting platforms preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
