Position: Office Clerk - Guidance Department 10 months full-time with benefits

Location: Groveland Elementary School

Available: 2026/2027 School Year

Compensation: $16.24 per hour (25/26 school year rate) Status quo pending approval of the CBESPA contract. Retroactive pay rate increases may apply.

Hours: Full-time/10-months 8:45 am - 4:15 pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)

Description

The school office clerk performs a variety of duties to support the main office and the school. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing visitors, answering the telephone, data entry, and lunch/recess supervision of students. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent technology skills proficiency with Microsoft Office and Infinite Campus required. Candidate must be confidential in all matters, able to exercise good judgment, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively. Must work well with parents, students and staff and possess good interpersonal and organizational skills.
