About Us:

Total Package Car Wash is looking for high-energy, customer service-oriented team players to join our dynamic team. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow and thrive.

Job Details:

As a member of our team, you will ensure that every customer enjoys a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly car wash experience. Your role will include following safety procedures, maintaining the site's appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promptly acknowledge and assist customers with their needs.
Handle customer inquiries and present appropriate options.
Provide information about our products and services.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Document and update customer records.
Stay informed about our products and services.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
Positive and professional demeanor.
High energy and enthusiasm for working outdoors.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work primarily outside in physically demanding conditions.
