Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting essential diagnostic tests, and formulating personalized treatment strategies.
• Diagnosing and addressing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in association with physicians or independently (according to your qualifications).
• Providing patient and family education on wellness, prevention, and disease management.
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your practice privileges.
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic disease management.

• Ensuring meticulous and precise documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capacity to obtain within 90 days).
