Location note: We are currently looking for applicants who can work in an office and hybrid environment in the Missoula and Kalispell areas (Helena considered for the right candidate).

Univision Computers provides Managed Information Technology services to clients. We work for an awesome group of customers that rely on us to be their IT Department. Univision was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in a beautiful, new 2-story office building located in Missoula and has remote branches across the amazing states of Montana, Washington, and Florida.

What is it like as a Customer Success Manager at Univision?

At their core, the CSM is a high-level business liaison between Univision and our clients, ensuring that we have a solid understanding of our clients' needs to deliver an effective IT strategy and maintain effective business communications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of valued client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships by understanding their business needs.
• Deliver regular Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) and IT business reviews to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate budget forecasting reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with service engineers to generate timely and accurate quotes using our quoting systems; negotiate and finalize quotes with clients.
• Review client contracts and guide clients in aligning their IT environment with our service offerings.
• Collaborate with clients, service teams, and project managers to balance IT needs with budgets.
• Work closely with fellow Account Managers and service teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to ensure satisfaction — including having direct, sometimes difficult conversations when needed.
• Provide clear and accurate information on IT products and services.

• Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Management experience strongly preferred - ideally with a long tenure in a management role. We're looking for professionals who are comfortable with accountability, difficult conversations, and facing conflict head-on.
• Operations background preferred — highly organized candidates who can keep multiple accounts, budgets, and timelines on track.
• Experience in cross-department advocacy — able to represent client needs internally and rally teams across departments on a client's behalf.
• Experience presenting to clients, including leading meetings, delivering proposals, and discussing budgets.
• Strong understanding of business terminology.
• Familiarity with PSA ticketing and dashboard systems is desirable.
• Understands basics of technology and networking.
• Customer-focused and data driven.
• Adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight as needed).
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
