Salary: $31,200 - 31,200 per year Requirements:

• Fluent English, with clear written communication and comfort speaking naturally in everyday conversations
• Pursuing or hold a bachelors degree or higher
• Strong attention to detail and patience when reviewing audio and visual outputs, including replaying or zooming in as needed
• Ability to think quickly and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Confidence making a clear choice when both options have flaws
• A computer, reliable internet connection, and headphones
• A quiet place to speak for projects involving live conversation
• Ratings and written explanations must be your own work; AI tools may not be used to write them
• Complete a short screening and onboarding process, which may include a brief spoken English check
• Authorization to work in your country of residence

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear they sound
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt
• Closely review model outputs to identify issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, or audio that does not match the video
• Rate outputs for factors such as prompt adherence, quality, and realism, and write specific explanations based on what you observed or heard
