Registration with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board required. Must provide proof of application to register with the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board and once registration is granted, must be maintained. + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association preferred. + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred.
