Weare seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-LanguagePathologist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility inAshland City, Tennessee.This role focuses on working with an adult and geriatricpopulation, helping patients recover from stroke, neurologicalconditions, and other medical issues affecting communicationand swallowing. You will play a key role in improving patients'quality of life by delivering individualized therapy plans thatsupport functional communication and safe swallowing. Job Responsibilities

Evaluate,diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive,and swallowing disorders in patients
Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans based on patient needsand clinical findings
Provide therapy focused on speech,cognition, and dysphagia management
Monitor patientprogress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educatepatients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques andsafety strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentationin compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Requirements

Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist inCalifornia
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum of 6months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 yearspreferred
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility orgeriatric setting is a plus
Strong clinical andcommunication skills
