Key Responsibilities of the Endoscopy RN

• Perform various endoscopy procedures such as EGD, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy
• Provide pre-op and post-op patient care
• Maintain and operate endoscopy equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols

Requirements of the Endoscopy RN

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Active NC or Compact State Nursing License
• Prior Endoscopy experience preferred
