Sr Finance Productivity Leader

Senior Finance Manager - Reporting & Productivity Senior finance manager responsible for reporting, problem solving, and influencing productivity results across manufacturing plants and the supply base. This role requires a leader with a strong background in operational finance and project management. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to mine and implement initiatives to drive productivity across make‑and‑buy parts. Job Responsibilities Partner with operating and finance teams to execute implementation of productivity initiatives across component plants and part families Drive standard work, action plans, and rigor surrounding productivity tools through use of FLIGHT DECK Utilize FLIGHT DECK to problem solve and create countermeasures for achieving targets Collaborate across supply chain at site level to drive adoption, accountability and progress for productivity initiatives Provide guidance and analysis for direct linkage between operational actions and financial performance for productivity initiatives Effectively communicate financial impact of key productivity projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 8+ years of relevant finance experience Strong execution and project management through use of action plans Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Desired Characteristics Strong capability building skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Supply Chain finance experience Additional Information GE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
