We are seeking an experienced and visionary Restaurant General Manager for our upscale venue, steeped in local history and architectural charm. GM Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Execute a food and beverage strategy focused on guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence.
Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and provide regular analysis of sales, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
Team Development: Hire, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to maintain high service standards across all outlets.
Operational Oversight: Ensure a safe, compliant, and sanitary environment while optimizing workflows for both front- and back-of-house.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a visible leader to cultivate guest relationships and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and high-profile events.

GM Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in a full-service upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
Education: Bachelor's degree and a wine certification is preferred.
Expertise: Proven track record in financial acumen, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and modern hospitality technologies.

Compensation :

Annual Base Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
Bonus : 10% annual bonus potential paid annually
