HR Employee Relations Partner

NC Multi-Site Territory between Asheville, NC to Winston Salem, NC | Hybrid | Full-Time Are you passionate about employee relations and coaching leaders—not processing payroll or administering benefits? We're looking for an experienced HR/Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted business partner, helping managers navigate employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR challenges across multiple locations. What You'll Do Partner with leaders to resolve employee relations issues before they escalate Coach managers on performance, documentation, corrective action, and difficult conversations Interpret HR policies and ensure consistent application across locations Support performance management, talent development, and workforce planning Analyze HR trends and recommend proactive people solutions Travel throughout a 31-county territory to support leaders where they work What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong employee relations focus Experience coaching managers and supporting multiple locations Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and conflict resolution skills Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight travel) throughout a 31-county territory to support leaders where they work If you're an HR professional who enjoys building relationships, developing leaders, and making a meaningful impact through employee relations, we'd love to connect! #J-18808-Ljbffr
