Graphic Designer - Sales Support | Design That Helps Win Business MSP Design Group is looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that great design does more than look good. It builds confidence, communicates value, and helps close business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, branding, and visual communication. You'll work directly with our Sales Team to transform ideas into compelling presentations, lookbooks, mockups, proposals, and customer-facing materials that help us win new opportunities and grow existing accounts. We're looking for a designer with a modern, clean aesthetic and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Someone who can create polished, professional work that feels current, intentional, and aligned with today’s brands. You'll help elevate how MSP shows up in front of clients while making complex ideas easy to understand and exciting to buy. This position is based in Virginia Beach, VA. Compensation ranges from $50,000–$70,000 depending on experience. Total rewards include a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and your birthday as a paid holiday. What You'll Do Sales Enablement & Customer-Facing Design Create high-impact presentations and sales materials tailored to specific clients, industries, and opportunities Develop realistic branded merchandise, apparel, and promotional product mockups Design professional proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and presentation materials Build visually compelling lookbooks, concept boards, and campaign recommendations Transform complex information into clear, engaging visual narratives Ensure all client-facing materials are polished, accurate, and presentation-ready Marketing & Brand Support Design marketing assets including brochures, one-pagers, email graphics, digital advertisements, and social content Help maintain a cohesive visual identity across multiple industries and client segments Develop scalable templates and design systems that improve efficiency and consistency Support trade shows, self-promotion campaigns, internal initiatives, and sales tools Bring a fresh perspective to how MSP presents itself in both digital and print environments Collaboration & Creative Partnership Partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and Marketing Translate business goals and sales strategies into compelling visual experiences Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and shifting priorities Contribute creative ideas that strengthen presentations, improve customer experience, and differentiate MSP in the marketplace Help raise the overall design quality and professionalism of customer-facing materials What You Bring 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in B2B, agency, promotional products, or sales support environments A portfolio that demonstrates strong presentation design, branded collateral, mockups, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and modern design principles Experience designing for both print and digital applications Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Bonus Points If You Have Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, apparel, or experiential marketing Experience working for a promotional products distributor or supplier Advanced presentation and pitch deck design experience Familiarity with decoration methods, product visualization, and merchandise presentation Experience supporting RFP responses, large account presentations, or enterprise sales initiatives Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives What Success Looks Like Your presentations help us win new business and strengthen client relationships Your mockups bring ideas to life and help customers visualize possibilities Sales teams see you as a trusted creative partner, not just a production resource You consistently deliver polished, client-ready work that reflects a premium brand experience You help modernize and elevate the visual quality of everything MSP puts in front of customers Your work creates confidence, clarity, and excitement throughout the sales process #J-18808-Ljbffr MSP Design Group
