We are seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team reporting to Director of Omnichannel Marketing. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and story-telling individual who can turn web, email and SMS marketing campaigns into predictable drivers of customer engagement, conversion and retention. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing journeys and collaborating with brand marketing and creative to develop compelling lifecycle campaigns that generate revenue across the customer journey.

This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $96,000 to $120,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more. Segmentation, Targeting & Journey Mapping:
- Define and maintain audience segmentation strategies based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data.
- Develop journey maps for lifecycle campaigns and collaborate with digital enablement to implement automated customer journeys (welcome series, nurture campaigns, retention flows, re-engagement programs, etc.) across the provider journey.
- Align journey touchpoints with omnichannel and product marketing strategies and customer experience goals.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive progression across the funnel (awareness → activate → conversion → retention)
- Collaborate with creative, omnichannel and digital enablement team members to ensure cohesive storytelling and attribution across multi-channel touchpoints.
- Bring forward best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and emerging channel trends
- Ensure campaigns are submitted to internal Promotional Review Board in a timely manner and are compliant with legal, regulatory and medical guidelines
- Own campaign reporting dashboards and communicate campaign ROI to leadership monthly
- Develop and execute test-and-learn plans (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion and engagement
- Track lifecycle health, including customer activation, churn rate and re-engagement, attributed to campaigns
- Opportunity to shape and scale lifecycle marketing within a growing omnichannel function

- Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
- Up to 5-10% travel
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, a related field or equivalent work preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, email/SMS or lifecycle campaign management
- Proven track record of creating, launching and optimizing integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle journey design
- Knowledge of personalization, A/B multivariate testing, and dynamic content strategies
- Strong editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, email development best practices
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insights
- Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
- Growth mindset, willingness to adapt, and curiosity to learn and be proactive in advancing your skillset
- Coursework or certification in digital marketing or email marketing
- Familiar with AMP for Email and Google Analytics tools for performance tracking
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred (understanding of medical/legal/regulatory review processes for FDA-regulated products
