The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care. Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to support comprehensive patient care. Ensuring medical records accuracy and regulatory compliance. Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
