What You'll Do

As a key member of the customer service team, you will be the voice of support, handling diverse customer inquiries, facilitating sales processes, and expertly managing customer accounts. Your day-to-day will involve dynamic problem-solving and delivering top-tier service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

• Handle incoming customer service calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve a wide range of customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Authorize sales and process transactions as needed.
• Manage and update customer accounts with precision and care.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven customer service experience or military equivalent within the last 7 years.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to type efficiently while conversing, navigate multiple software systems, utilize MS Office applications, and effectively use search tools.
• Availability to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and flexibility to work one weekend day.
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless customer interactions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience within banking, finance, call center environments, or remote work settings.
• Demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and objection-handling skills.
• Adaptability and openness to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.
• This project is budgeted for a duration of 120 days.
