Position Purpose: Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to bar patrons; fills orders from cocktail waitress/waiter for patrons seated at tables in lounge and throughout the casino. This is an on call position to cover special events, Banquets and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide superior customer service.
• Fill beverage orders from customers and wait staff.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks; serves wine and draught or bottled beer
• Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
• Collect payment for drinks served.
• Order/requisition liquors and supplies.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Replenish bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older and have Bartending experience. Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience – Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Reach with hands and arms, climb balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The employee is regularly exposed to tobacco smoke and may be exposed to loud noises and bright lights.
