Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin. Build clean, scalable, and reusable code following Android best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability. Implement modern Android architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud-based services. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards. Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and improve app reliability. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when needed. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: - Android, Kotlin Only US citizens and Green Card on W2 5+ years of experience in Android application development. Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK. Experience with Jetpack components, Coroutines, Flow, and dependency injection tools such as Dagger/Hilt/Koin. Solid understanding of Android UI principles, Material Design, and responsive layouts. Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON/XML data. Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Jetpack Compose. Knowledge of Firebase, analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Exposure to mobile security best practices and app store release processes. Experience working in enterprise-scale or high-traffic mobile environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
