Manufacturing Associate — Day Shift

Verdi, NV | Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire | Starting at $22.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Day Shift, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to join a precision metal manufacturing operation in Verdi, NV. You'll receive hands-on training to work with forge press and other industrial production equipment while learning skills that can lead to long-term career advancement.

This is not your typical warehouse position. You'll be directly involved in manufacturing metal components, operating equipment, handling materials, checking product quality, and helping keep production running efficiently.

Previous forging experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload metal components from production equipment

• Learn to support and operate forge press equipment

• Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and production changeovers

• Operate trim presses and related equipment after training

• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements

• Safely move and handle production materials

• Follow established work instructions and production requirements

• Maintain an organized and safe workstation

• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Support quality and continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, manufacturing, production, construction, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

• Safety-focused approach to working around machinery

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Forklift, crane, or material-handling experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds

• Repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and movement

• Ability to work around industrial equipment, noise, heat, and varying temperatures
