Licensed Esthetician & Patient Care Specialist

St. Joseph, MI | Southwest Michigan / Lakeshore
Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week | Monday–Thursday | Fridays Off
Potential to Grow Into Full-Time
$20–$25/hour DOE + Commission + Gratuities

About the Role

Join a physician-led aesthetics and wellness practice in St. Joseph, MI, where personalized care and real results come first.

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician & Patient Care Specialist who is passionate about skincare, patient relationships, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This position combines hands-on esthetic services with patient education, treatment recommendations, retail sales, and relationship building.

You’ll work with an established patient base and a comprehensive menu of aesthetic and wellness services, including facials, Morpheus8, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, red light therapy, hair restoration, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss.

What You’ll Do

• Perform facials and other esthetic services within your Michigan license and clinic protocols.

• Provide exceptional, personalized patient experiences from consultation through follow-up.

• Educate patients about skincare, treatments, packages, memberships, and recommended home-care routines.

• Recommend personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals and needs.

• Confidently discuss pricing, packages, memberships, and treatment options.

• Rebook patients and maintain strong long-term patient relationships.

• Follow up with new leads and past patients by phone, text, and email.

• Support patient retention, referrals, promotions, and practice events.

• Track leads, consultations, conversions, rebooking, and production.

• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Michigan Esthetician License

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending services

• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

• Available Monday–Thursday

Preferred:

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or high-end retail environment

• Experience selling skincare, treatment packages, memberships, or treatment plans

• Experience with laser/IPL services

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Experience working with sales goals, rebooking, or patient retention

We’re looking for someone who is confident, coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both patient results and personal growth.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20–$25/hour , depending on experience

• Commission on qualifying services, retail, packages, and memberships

• Gratuities

• 20–30 hours per week to start

• Monday–Thursday schedule

• Fridays off

• Potential for full-time hours as the practice and patient book grow

• Occasional weekend availability may be requested as the practice expands
