Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-time

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference.

You'll build meaningful relationships, provide hands-on support, and help individuals reach personal goals. You will assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, daily routines, and life skills that promote greater independence.

You'll also support community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections while providing patient, respectful care to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Your encouragement and support help create a safe, positive environment where people can thrive.

What We Need From You

• At least 18 years old
\n
• High school diploma/GED or relevant caregiving experience
\n
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
\n
• Reliable, insured vehicle
\n
• Ability to complete required background checks
\n
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others succeed
