$135,000-$160,000 starting salary + production bonuses | Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus | At least two full weekends off each month | No on-call


A strong surgical caseload should not require giving every weekend to work. At Yorkville Animal Hospital, you can practice with full medical autonomy, keep building the skills that interest you, and join a high-volume team with the support and scheduling to make the pace sustainable.


What your days can look like

• Scheduled appointments and walk-in visits that keep the caseload varied

The support behind the medicine

• 1:1.5 doctor-to-technician ratio

• Digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and a full in-house laboratory

• At least two full weekends off every month

• No after-hours or on-call responsibilities

Who this role is for


This opening is designed for a veterinarian with 3-5 years of small animal general practice or urgent care experience who enjoys surgery, variety, and the freedom to make confident medical decisions.


Compensation and benefits

• Starting salary of $135,000-$160,000 plus quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual
