Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our Oak Forest learning center to inspire and guide young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and deliver age-appropriate curriculum, foster social-emotional and cognitive development, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom culture. You will partner closely with families, observe and document developmental progress, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. As a leader in the classroom, you’ll mentor support staff and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused center community.
