Process Engineer

Responsibilities Provide technical and scientific support for Rx, OTC, and cosmetic topical products Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Operations, and Legal teams Conduct technical assessments and provide ongoing process support Lead technology transfer activities for new products Develop and optimize manufacturing processes Investigate manufacturing issues and recommend corrective actions Prepare technical reports and documentation for process changes Manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline 2–5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, technical services, or process support experience in a regulated environment Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Knowledge of cGMP requirements and FDA regulations Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Strong technical writing and problem‑solving skills Hands‑on experience with laboratory‑scale and commercial‑scale pharmaceutical processing equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote; experience with SAP is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation. Capable of leading technology transfer activities and optimizing manufacturing processes while managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
