Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Access Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working in a collaborative environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Position available in various locations within the region, specifically in City, State .

Role Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing.
• Experience in critical access or rural healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required. Advanced certifications may be preferred.
