Why Apply? • Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays • Competitive pay rate of $175/hour with weekly direct deposit • Supportive team with excellent benefits and reimbursement options Quick Facts Location: San Diego, CA Start Date: 09/07/2026 End Date/Duration: 07/20/2031 (One-year commitment with potential to extend up to 5 years) Shift: Days, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time Experience: At least 2 years in Internal Medicine preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $175 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Provide outpatient adult primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of both acute and chronic illnesses Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and educational counseling Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging Prescribe and manage medications Collaborate with specialists for complex cases Supervise medical students, interns, and residents Accurately document patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education Manage preventive care, wellness programs, and chronic disease management What You Need Required: MD or DO from an accredited U.S. or approved international medical school Active and unrestricted California medical license Board-certified or eligible by ABMS or AOA Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC Preferred: Outpatient primary care experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and patient management skills About the Assignment This position is with a leading healthcare facility in San Diego, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality outpatient adult care.
