Retail Store Manager

Overall Purpose Res onsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, inventory management and efficient supervision of staff. Key Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of Assistant Store Managers and Retail Store Consultants to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction and operational goals. Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the store meets sales performance, profitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees. Supports business needs by performing additional outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. Inventory Control and Financial Reporting: Maintain and manage optimal inventory levels at store location. Completes accounting and reports associated with sales, receipts and prices. Store Appearance and Merchandising: Maintain the corporate standard of store appearance. Implement direct sales merchandising promotions. Job Contribution Oversees employees responsible for sales, customer experience, and operations. Responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to maximize sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes. Education and Experience Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience. Salary range: $55,000.00 - $82,600.00.
