Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Medical Surgical, telemetry, or PCU. License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Epic EMR/charting experience - A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience - 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years - Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6 Description: Seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical position. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical, telemetry, or PCU. Epic EMR/charting experience is required. A minimum of 1 year in travel nursing is essential. Candidates should have at least 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent in the last 5 years. Experience with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-6 is expected. Assignments will be based on the vacancy that best fits the candidate’s experience. The population served includes Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. The position is 36 hours per week, consisting of 3 - 12 hour shifts. Work on every other weekend is expected. The RN may be required to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical nurse-to-patient ratios are 1:5-6.
