Door-to-Door Brand Representative

We’re looking for a Door-to-Door Brand Representative who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and spending most of the day in the field. No previous experience is required. We’ll provide the training and direction you need to get started. In this role, you’ll drive to assigned neighborhoods, walk door to door, distribute door hangers, place yard signs , and help increase J. Blanton Plumbing’s visibility throughout the community. This is a hands‑on position for someone who is comfortable driving, walking for most of the day, and working outdoors . Competitive Salary: $18 an hour, activity incentive per door hanger and yard sign. What You’ll Do Drive a J. Blanton branded vehicle throughout assigned Columbus neighborhoods Walk door to door and distribute company door hangers Place, maintain, and relocate company yard signs in approved locations Follow assigned routes and daily schedules Spend most of the workday walking and working outdoors Track completed routes and daily activities using your phone Keep marketing materials organized and properly stored Identify neighborhoods and areas with opportunities for increased brand visibility Communicate with the marketing team regarding daily progress Represent J. Blanton Plumbing professionally and respectfully in the community Support additional local marketing initiatives as the Columbus market continues to grow Who We’re Looking For No previous sales, marketing, or canvassing experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable driving throughout the Columbus area Comfortable walking for most of the workday Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Energetic and able to stay active throughout the day Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable using a smartphone to track assignments and communicate with the team Able to follow routes, schedules, and daily goals Friendly, professional, and respectful Comfortable lifting and carrying marketing materials and yard signs Willing to learn and take direction Previous experience in canvassing, delivery driving, route driving, field marketing, merchandising, brand promotion, or community outreach is a plus, but not required . Valid driver’s license Responsible driving history Ability to drive throughout assigned areas Ability to walk for most of the workday Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Ability to lift and carry marketing materials and yard signs Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently Must be comfortable working as a temporary independent contractor Competitive salary.
