Tax Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN – Hybrid Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a respected public accounting firm in Indianapolis seeking a Tax Manager. This role is ideal for a CPA with extensive tax experience who is ready to lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff. Responsibilities: Lead and manage tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns Provide tax planning and consulting services across industries Supervise and develop tax staff Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with regulations Qualifications: CPA designation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Proven leadership and client management skills Why Apply: Competitive pay ($120k–$150k DOE) Career advancement opportunities within a respected public accounting firm Exposure to diverse industries and complex tax structures Supportive and collaborative team environment
