Personal Lines Account ManagerPunta Gorda, FLWhy This Role MattersAs a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while helping individuals and families protect what matters most. This position combines relationship management, policy servicing, coverage consultation, and account retention to create a seamless insurance experience for clients. You'll manage a book of personal lines business, partnering with clients, carrier representatives, and internal team members to support ongoing service needs, renewal activity, and coverage recommendations. Success in this role comes from balancing strong technical insurance knowledge with a proactive, client-first approach.How You'll Make an ImpactServe as a trusted point of contact for personal lines clients by providing responsive, high-quality service and timely follow-up.Review accounts and recommend coverage enhancements, discounts, and policy adjustments that align with clients' evolving needs.Manage endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and service requests while maintaining a positive client experience.Remarket and re-quote policies when appropriate to help clients secure competitive pricing and suitable coverage options.Collaborate with sales agents, carrier partners, and internal team members to support retention, growth, and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records to ensure efficient servicing and regulatory compliance.Who You AreClient-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and empathy.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.A strong communicator who builds trust and credibility with clients, carriers, and colleagues.Proactive in identifying coverage needs and recommending solutions that add value.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Collaborative, dependable, and motivated by supporting team success.Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and carrier offerings.What You BringDay One:Experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty lines.Active Florida Property & Casualty insurance license.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple client accounts.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Valuable Additions:Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.Experience reviewing coverage gaps and recommending appropriate policy enhancements.Previous experience remarketing personal lines accounts and evaluating multiple carrier options.Familiarity with agency management systems and carrier servicing platforms.Knowledge of current personal lines market trends and carrier products.Real Benefits for Real LifeAt Patriot, great benefits mean more than coverage; they mean being there through every stage of life: your health, your family, your financial future, or simply time to recharge.
