About the Role:

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
