TempExperts is partnering with a highly respected national law firm to hire an experienced Docketing Specialist . You'll join a collaborative docketing team that spans regions and supports practice groups across the firm, keeping legal calendars accurate in a fast-paced environment. Why you'll love it Strong pay: $70K–$100K, based on experience 100% remote , with no commute Direct hire: a permanent role from day one A highly respected national firm with a collaborative team that spans regions A leadership role: you'll mentor new team members and lead department initiatives Variety: you'll support civil, appellate, labor and employment, bankruptcy and workers' compensation matters Expertise that's valued: your rules knowledge protects the firm and its clients every day What you'll be doing Reviewing court filings and documents to set and manage critical deadlines in a rules-based docketing system Working with attorneys and legal staff to confirm case details and answer procedural questions Applying your knowledge of state and federal litigation, appellate procedure and court rules Researching legal rules and statutes to keep everything accurate and compliant Staying current on docketing best practices and rule changes Training new team members on systems and procedures Reviewing junior docketing staff's work for accuracy and consistency Leading department initiatives and special projects What you bring 5+ years of docketing experience with CompuLaw, CourtAlert, eDockets or a similar system In-depth knowledge of Florida court systems and procedures Experience across multiple litigation areas, such as civil, appellate, labor and employment, bankruptcy and workers' compensation The ability to interpret complex legal rules accurately Strong communication skills, with confidence working at every level of the firm Professionalism, initiative and a service-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office Flexibility for occasional support outside regular hours during deadline crunches TempExperts is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
