About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN license Certifications: Required certifications for RN Must-Have: - De-escalation skills Description: The position involves working in a behavioral health division with a focus on mental wellness. It is a night shift role with guaranteed weekly hours. The facility has a total of 96 beds divided into multiple units with varied patient populations. Patient ratios are approximately 1:12 for certain units and 1:10 for others. Common diagnoses include a range of adolescent and adult mental health issues. Experience in behavioral health, dual diagnosis, or medical settings is preferred. The average length of stay for patients is 7-10 days.
