You will serve as the coach to the D&R engineers to determine if their application is suitable for Additive Technologies, develop the design to be compatible with AM, work with the manufacturing facility to design and execute the build, and guide the product through execution and industrialization.Near term, work with D&R engineers and Architecture team to target specific systems, sub-systems, or components for Additive technologies in the up-front stage of future programs.Represent Ford Racing In Externally (Non Ford Racing) Led ProjectsCoordinate efforts with appropriate program and functional teams as required.Communicate program requirements (functional, timing, financials) to the external partners to ensure a path to success.Travel - Limited in beginning to site visits for benchmarking.
