This role involves working with a dedicated team specializing in cardiovascular and vascular surgery patients. Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Manage acute care for cardiovascular surgery and vascular surgery patients
• Utilize telemetry for monitoring patient conditions
• Perform epidural and chest tube management
• Administer tube feedings and manage IV glucose
• Handle cardiac gtt management, including medications such as phenylephrine and dobutamine

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - PCU

• Valid RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in stepdown and telemetry units
• Experience with cardiovascular and vascular surgery populations preferred
