At  Fitness Premier , we’re looking for a motivated, personable individual who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a career in the fitness industry.

This role combines  personal training, member engagement, and sales . You’ll help prospective and current members understand how personal training can help them reach their goals, build relationships with clients, and deliver an exceptional training experience.

You don’t have to have everything figured out on day one.  We believe in developing our people. Our team will work with you to improve your coaching, sales, communication, and client-conversion skills. If you need assistance obtaining a personal training certification or additional education, we’ll work with you toward the appropriate certifications and help provide the tools and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal training sessions and provide safe, effective, goal-oriented coaching.

• Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients.

• Consult with members to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate training solutions.

• Generate personal training opportunities through member interactions, consultations, follow-ups, and outreach.

• Educate members on the value and benefits of personal training.

• Help convert prospective clients into personal training clients.

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming fitness environment.

• Track client progress and provide ongoing motivation and accountability.

• Participate in team training, coaching, and professional development.

• Continue developing knowledge of fitness, training techniques, nutrition fundamentals, and sales.

• Work toward obtaining and maintaining appropriate personal training certifications when needed.

• Previous personal training, fitness, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but  not required for the right candidate .

• Personal training certification is preferred, but candidates who are willing to work toward certification may be considered.
