Clinical Quality Leader I: Elevate Patient Safety & Care

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Quality Leader I to drive quality improvement and patient safety across care teams. You will define metrics, analyze data, and lead interdisciplinary efforts using DMAIC, Lean and other performance tools. Collaborating with medical leadership, you will select measures for OPPE/FPPE, perform record reviews, and develop policies and standards.
