Job Summary Supports the administrative functions of the Distribution Center, including providing support to stores, customers, vendors, and supervisors. Ensures all contact with customers supports a world‑class customer service experience. Supports the daily operation of the business including billing, accounting, supply purchasing, reconciliation, and ordering of parts. Key Responsibilities Follow‑up and resolve delivery issues via email or phone with customers, stores, and drivers. Compile and maintain Distribution Center statistics by reviewing delivery documents. Contact and survey delivery customers directly. Review upcoming delivery routes to maximize delivery capacity and cost‑effective routes. Order, receive, monitor, and schedule parts for company and customer‑owned merchandise being repaired before storage or delivery. Assist walk‑in customers needing assistance with pick‑up orders. SCOPE & IMPACT Supports the retail store locations within the established distribution region. Success will be measured by the number of store or customer issues and the results of resolving them to the customer’s or store’s satisfaction. Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Office software including email, Excel, Word, and potentially PowerPoint
- Interest and aptitude to learn and use the RMS WMS system in‑depth and repeatedly
