Systems Administrator Omaha, NE (Onsite) • Fulltime We are actively seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure in a fully onsite environment. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN environments, servers, firewalls, storage systems, surveillance systems, and phone systems. Support physical and virtual server environments, including OS installations, patching, backups, security updates, and vulnerability management. Administer and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Exchange, Microsoft 365, SQL, and SSL certificates. Assist with network security initiatives and PCI compliance requirements. Support enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery environments. Respond to escalated technical support requests and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues. Coordinate with vendors and assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and implementations. Travel occasionally to branch locations for system maintenance and infrastructure support.
