Project Manager

Job Description Job Summary Insight Global is seeking two project resources to support the planning, execution, coordination, and rollout of multiple concurrent technology and product initiatives. The resources will work closely with technical owners, supervisors, and business stakeholders to maintain project timelines, coordinate deliverables, facilitate communication, and drive successful implementation across various programs. The engagement will include support for both platform development initiatives and implementation/rollout activities at manufacturing facilities. These individuals will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on track through effective coordination, communication, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking Coordinate activities across 4-5 project supervisors and technical owners Track project risks, issues, and action items Facilitate project status meetings and stakeholder communications Ensure deliverables remain on schedule Support Agile project planning activities Manage project information within Jira Coordinate business and technical stakeholder alignment Prepare project reporting and executive updates Coordinate implementation plans and site deployment schedules Support plant readiness activities Work with manufacturing, engineering, and business stakeholders Track rollout progress and escalation issues as needed Travel to manufacturing locations as required to support deployments Compensation $48/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
