Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Experience working with pediatric populations, including PreK through 8th grade students
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise SLPAs per state and ASHA regulations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students from PreK through 8th grade, both in groups and individually
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in accordance with professional standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development
