Join a growing team offering competitive pay, overtime, incentives, and full benefits upon hire!Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hour (based on role and shift)Available Schedules2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 12:30 AM - 7:30 AMWeekend Options Available: 12-hour shifts with weekday schedulingJob Duties:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and automated production equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues to minimize downtime.Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.Document maintenance activities and support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:High School Diploma/GED; technical degree preferred3–5 years of manufacturing or maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeExperience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and industrial controlsAbility to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentationExperience using hand/power tools and troubleshooting equipmentStrong computer, communication, and problem-solving skillsIf you are interested, please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
