Urology Nurse Navigator Bladder Cancer & Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy

We are seeking a registered nurse to join our urology team in a newly developed Nurse Navigator role supporting patients with bladder cancer and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys both clinical care and care coordination and is interested in helping build and shape a growing program.

This is a transition role, beginning with a mix of procedural clinic nursing and navigation responsibilities, with the expectation of moving into a primarily navigation-focused position as the program expands.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their care plan from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up
Coordinate appointments, imaging, labs, procedures, medications, and insurance needs to ensure timely and seamless care
Work closely with urology physicians and advanced practice providers to manage and streamline patient care
Collaborate with other specialties and departments to coordinate comprehensive care
Provide patient education and support, helping patients understand their diagnosis, treatment options, available resources, and next steps
Perform clinical duties as needed, including catheter insertions, bladder instillations, and post-operative visits
Assist with in-clinic procedures and triage patient concerns using strong clinical judgment and critical thinking

What This Role Includes:

A combination of care coordination and hands-on clinical nursing
Active involvement in bladder cancer and BPH management, including ongoing treatments and follow-up care
A transition from procedural clinic nursing into a dedicated navigation role as patient volume grows
The opportunity to help develop, build out, and refine a nurse navigation program within the clinic

Practice Locations:

Coordination and support provided across multiple sites, including Denver, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, Lakewood, and Littleton
This is an on-site care position, remote option not available

What We Offer:

A supportive, team-oriented work environment
Participate in current and emerging treatments in bladder cancer and BPH care
