12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Overtime Available
Now Hiring Manufacturing Associates!Machine Operators and Production Packers needed for a growing manufacturing facility in Morganton, NC . We are looking for dependable, experienced manufacturing professionals who are ready to join a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Job Responsibilities- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Package finished products according to quality standards
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accuracy
- Monitor equipment and report production issues
- Perform quality checks and follow production specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience required
- Experience operating machinery, packaging equipment, or production lines preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts , including weekends as scheduled
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
