Coordinate and direct deployment technicians across multiple deployment phases

Oversee device staging, imaging, configuration, deployment, and validation

Track device inventory, asset management, deployment status, and issue escalation

Coordinate deployment schedules around construction timelines and site readiness

Partner with IT, networking, facilities, infrastructure, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Troubleshoot deployment challenges and provide hands-on technical support when needed

Support go-live activities and ensure end-user readiness

Qualifications

Proven experience deploying and supporting Windows and macOS devices at scale

Experience leading desktop deployment teams or field technicians

Background managing large workstation refreshes, migrations, or new-site deployments

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Experience with asset tracking, deployment validation, and issue management

Ability to work onsite in Marina, CA throughout the project duration

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role in a high-visibility deployment while remaining hands-on with the technology and deployment team.
