Maintenance Technician II, UD Fill (B1 Shift)

AbbVie

Entry-level maintenance technician position supporting preventive and demand maintenance activities on the UD Fill line at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves working rotating shifts (7am–7:30pm Thursday/Friday/Saturday and alternate Wednesday) and developing multi-craft skills under senior technicians.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and demand maintenance activities within skill set
Support senior-level technicians on advanced maintenance tasks
Assist with predictive maintenance activities across multiple areas
Work across maintenance functions to build diverse, multi-craft foundation
Pursue vocational training to expand maintenance knowledge and capabilities

Requirements

High school diploma or relevant technical certificate
Ability to use basic power tools and hand/measuring tools
Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
Industrial machine repair and maintenance experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Windows computer skills
Ability to become aseptic gown certified
